Kevin Tachman an award winning fashion photographer based in New York City. He needed a WordPress blog that would allow him to easily manage thousands of his photos with a clean, minimalist design. For this freelance project, I coded his web design into a custom SEO + Google-optimized WordPress theme using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
The site features twitter integration on the home page, “full” and “thumbnail” views in the “News” and “Daily” sections, and uses “infinite scroll” on the three category archives (“Fashion”, “Music”, and “Art & Culture”) to dynamically pull older content onto the page via AJAX.
